本ポリシーは、soncho-works.com およびそのすべてのサブドメインで提供されるウェブサイト・アプリケーション (以下「本サービス」) に適用されます。個々のサービスが独自の補足事項を掲げる場合、本ポリシーに加えてそれが適用されます。

- エラー情報: サービスの品質改善のため、エラー発生時の技術情報 (発生箇所、ブラウザ・OS の種類、直前の操作など) を記録することがあります。

本サービスは、法令上の要配慮個人情報を意図的に取得しません。

5. 第三者サービス
本サービスは、次の第三者サービスを利用します。各サービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を取り扱います。
- Google AdSense (広告): Google を含む第三者配信事業者は、Cookie を使用して、利用者の本サービスや他のウェブサイトへの過去のアクセス情報に基づく広告を配信します。利用者は 広告設定 でパーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。また www.aboutads.info で第三者配信事業者の Cookie を無効にできます。

- Cloudflare (配信基盤): 通信の中継・保護のため、アクセス情報が Cloudflare を経由します。
6. Cookie と同意
欧州経済領域 (EEA)、英国、スイスからの利用者には、広告配信に関する同意を求めるメッセージを表示します。同意はいつでも変更・撤回できます (画面上の同意設定、または Cookie の削除)。米国の一部の州の利用者には、法令に基づく個人情報の販売・共有のオプトアウトを提供します。
ブラウザの設定で Cookie を無効にすることもできますが、一部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
7. 保存期間
アクセス情報とエラー情報は、上記の目的に必要な期間 (原則として取得から数か月以内) 保持し、その後削除または匿名化します。お問い合わせ内容は対応の完了後、合理的な期間保持します。

法令に基づく場合、または本ポリシーに記載した第三者サービスへの送信を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

- Access data: IP address, browser type, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar data automatically recorded by our servers and delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare).

- Error data: technical details recorded when an error occurs (location in the software, browser/OS type, preceding actions) to maintain service quality.
- Inquiries: your name, email address, and message when you contact us.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

Providing, maintaining, and securing the Services; detecting failures and improving quality; analyzing usage; serving and measuring advertisements; responding to inquiries.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google AdSense (advertising): Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Services or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising via Ads Settings and opt out of third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info.

- Sentry (error monitoring): Technical error details are sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) for failure detection.
- Cloudflare (delivery): Traffic passes through Cloudflare for delivery and protection.
6. Cookies and Consent
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message regarding advertising. You can change or withdraw consent at any time (via the on-page consent settings or by deleting cookies). Visitors from certain U.S. states are offered an opt-out from the sale or sharing of personal information as required by applicable law.
You may disable cookies in your browser; some features may then be unavailable.
7. Retention
Access and error data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above (generally no more than a few months) and then deleted or anonymized. Inquiries are retained for a reasonable period after resolution.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal data by contacting us at the address above.
